Service Description
Create your own custom rug in this hands-on tufting class. No experience is needed and all materials are provided. You’ll design and tuft your rug during the session, and our team will professionally trim, glue, and back it after class. Finished rugs are ready for pickup or shipping within 3–5 days.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the booking being forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We understand that unexpected situations can occur and will review genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
