Custom Rug Policy 
 

60% deposit due to secure order DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE IF RUG IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS

Turnaround time [subject to be done earlier]:

  • Under 3.5 ft - 1/2 weeks

  • 3.5-4.5 ft - 2/4 weeks

  • Above 4.5 ft - 2/4 weeks

RUSH ORDERS: $50 charge per sq-ft added to total

Prices are based on size, design, and complexity

Class Room Policy 

  • For regular tufting classes, the minimum age requirement is 13 years old.

  •  

    Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Class will start promptly to maximize tufting time.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will forfeit your class. No refunds.

  • No extra guests are permitted in the space.

3D Print Policy 

  • 60% deposit due to secure order. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE PRINTING IS IN PROGRESS.

  • Turnaround time depends on the amount of prints.
